i love the idea of this hidden gem.  

with the cost of property in cities increasing non-stop, the idea of what a family home is supposed to be is slowly changing.     young couples are seeking out fixer uppers and turning small spaces into amazing homes.  finding a home with green space is also tricky.  often times, if you do find something with a back yard, it's nothing like what you remember from your childhood. that is unless you were born and raised in a city, and maybe you've got that creative edge over the rest of us.  

what i like about the below home is that although their green space, or available space for greenery is small, it has helped tie the home together.  what i mean by this is that i feel like although it's small, it makes the main area feel more spacious and open.
