There's something about this brownstone. I've either blogged about it before, blogged a room or two, or maybe come across it on a blog or two. All I know is that it's familiar and always beautiful. This Clinton Hill brownstone (built circa 1866) is a 5 story structure broken into 2 family homes. There is a 2 bedroom rental unit at garden level and a 6 bedroom family residence occupying the top 4 floors.
