this is a glimpse into a swedish project. the building is called Nybrogratan 57 and it's set to become luxury homes with hotel services like room service, cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels weekly, and every apartment comes with its own wine cellar. i don't know that i would want room service in my own home but regardless, these places are gorgeous. very simple and clean.
